What is GSafe?

An automatic “messenger” for your fire alarm panel

GSafe is an automatic fire alarm signal collection and transmission solution. When an incident occurs at your premises, the device receives signals from the fire alarm control panel and instantly transmits data to the Command & Information Centre of the Fire & Rescue Police.

Beyond sounding a local alarm, the system helps the authorities pinpoint the exact location of the incident, quickly dispatch fire engines, manage traffic and mobilise rescue forces in time.

Decree 105/2025/ND-CP

Facilities subject to fire safety regulations must install a fire alarm transmission system, with data connected to the Ministry of Public Security's fire & rescue database.

Which facilities must install fire alarm transmission equipment?

According to Decree 105/2025/ND-CP (effective 01/07/2025), facilities subject to fire safety regulations must install a fire alarm transmission system – e.g. apartment buildings, shopping centres, markets, petrol stations, factories… Contact FPT for advice specific to your site.

What does GSafe installation cost?

It includes the GSafe G6 device: 5,000,000 VND (one-time payment) and a monthly service fee from 200,000 – 500,000 VND depending on the plan. Prices exclude VAT.

My building already has a fire alarm panel – do I need to replace it?

No. GSafe is compatible with most types of central fire alarm control panels on the market; FPT technicians will connect it directly to the existing panel.

Does GSafe work during a power or network outage?

Yes. The device uses 2 independent connections, 4G and Ethernet, plus a 5000mAh backup battery, and automatically alerts you to lost connection, broken signal wires or power/battery faults.

How is pricing calculated for multiple devices?
